Q : I have created a free account, will I be able to login to it again?
A : All free accounts will
be removed after several hours. You will not be able to enter in
that same account again. A free account can only be used to check
out the website. If you like what you see it's better to register.
When you have used the pay by phone method while having this free
account, then please note that all credits left in this account
will be gone after you have logged out ! (back to top)
Q : How will my creditcard be charged?
A : When you have made a
purchase using Verotel, then your creditcard will be charged as "Vtsup.com Verotel NLD".
If you have used VXS to make a purchase, then "MEDIACAST" will be
printed on the receipt of your creditcard ! Cams4us will not appear

Q : How
much is one credit worth?
A : 1 credit is equal to 1 us dollar cent, so $25
is 2500 credits (back to top)
Q : What amount is charged when
i pay by phone?
A : The amount that is displayed in the chatroom
is only applicable for users that pay by creditcard. When you pay
by phone you pay the amount per minute that is being charged for
your country. You don't have to wait and save credits before you
can enter private or access nude chat rooms. (back to top)
Q : My account is blocked
what happened?
A : There can be several reasons why your account
has been blocked :
- Our system allows
new customers to use a maximum of $100 a day and $250 a month.
When you use more then this limit your account is automatically
blocked. Depending on how much is used (day/month) the block will
be lifted after this period. If you want to use more then the
maximum, please contact us. This is done to prevent that you use
more then you intended and a second reason is fraud protection.
- Your account will
also be blocked if you try to buy credits unsuccesfully 3 times
in a row.
- We will block your account if we have reason to believe that your spending and buying behaviour is suspicious (fraude)
- If you think your account or ip address is blocked
for false reasons then please send us an email to:

Q : Why are the models not getting naked in free?
A : They are not allowed to go naked in free, so
please don't ask them. (back to top)
Q : When trying to buy credits i get following error : Payment Error:
Transfer: Declined because using free email address.
A : We do not allow users with free email addresses
like yahoo, hotmail and msn to purchase credits. To solve this go
to 'my account' and change the email address to your own ISP email

Q : I get the following error : Payment Error: Transfer: Declined
because score > 3.0.
A : This error is displayed when you are trying
to buy credits. Your purchase is being declined because it does
not pass our security checks. (back to top)

What are the security checks when purchasing credits?
A : Would you tell a robber where the key to the

Q : When
I try to purchase credits the system tells me I need to update my
account.
A : To purchase credits with your creditcard we
need to have all your address data, this address data is mandatory.

Q :
I watched a bad show and paid for it, what can I do?
A : We are working with amateur webcam models that
work from home, they are independent. As the word says 'amateur'
we can not guarantee for each model sitting behind the webcam. If
you dont like the girl in front of the cam, the quality is bad or
connections are slow then please dont spend too much time and money
on that model. Most models are offering free chat and from those
chatrooms you can allready see what you will get for your money.
We are monitoring all chatrooms all day and we are trying to give
you quality, but we cannot give a 100% guarantee that you actually
like the shows you will see. Besides of that , your opinion of a
bad show might differ from person to person. Only in very rare occasions
