Q : When do I descide to register as a studio?
A : If you have more then 1 model working for you,
it will be easier to register as a studio. In this studio account
(to which only the manager has access) you can register all your
models. All the model earnings will now be registered into 1 studio-account.
The earnings per model will still be visible in this account. (back to top)
Q : Are you accepting all kind of models?
A : Unfortunately we are not accepting new male and/or TS performers at this moment. All other models will still be accepted. (back to top)
Q : Do you accept studios
from Romania and other Eastern European countries?
A : Yes we do accept studios from romania and other
eastern european countries. There are no exceptions, all studios
from all countries in the world are invited to join our webcam system. (back to top)
Q : Do
I need to install any webcam software?
A : No, you don't need to install any webcam software
on your pc for the live chat. When the model account is activated and
approved, the model can click on a link called "Chat Room" and a new chat
window will open. Our server will detect the models webcam and microphone
(if there is any) The server will then pulls the streaming video
and sound from the pc. With other sites where you need to install
webcam software, your computer will send the streaming video. We
call this pull instead of push.
What you do need is: Windows 98 or better - Windows explorer 5.0

: What are the technical requirements?
A : You don't need a top of the bill computer to
join us. These are the minimum requirements :
Pentium 2 400MHz or faster PC with Win98 or better
Camcorder or Web Camera
Broadband Internet Connection

Q : How is your traffic?
A : Our amount of traffic is different every day,
but the important part is that our traffic is still growing! As
a general company rule nobody from our company will give you detailed
data on our traffic, so please don't ask. Our people are doing everything
possible to provide you with the best, most profitable traffic. (back to top)
Q : How much can I earn?
A : It's impossible
to give an indication on this. There are too many variables that
influence the earnings (environment, the looks, connection speed,
camera quality etc etc). As a company rule we will never give you
any indication on earnings, we will also not tell you what other
models or studios earn. (back to top)

How much do you pay a studio?
A : We will pay you 50% on all your studio sales (back to top)

Which payment methods do you offer?
A: We offer payment via Wire Transfer, Check and Payoneer (back to top)
Q : Is
there a difference in costs per payment method?
A : There are differences in costs for each payment
method. Below you can see an overview of the costs per payment method:
Wire Transfer
For international money wires we are charging 50% of the international
money wire costs. Depending on the country we are sending too, this
can differ between $2,50 and $10
Check
For sending a check we are charging appr $20.00, this can differ
because of the USD exchange rate. We will not charge you for sending
the check via priority signed mail (costs appr. $15)
Payoneer
Payoneer transfers are free of charge. This is the
only payment method that is free of charge ! (back

Q :
How can I apply for a Payoneer card?
A : In your Cams4us profile at the Payment Information section, you will see a link "Click here if you do not have a Payoneer ID yet" or use the Payoneer link in your menu. By clicking on the link, you will be taken to the Payoneer landingpage and from there you can apply for a Payoneer card. (back to top)

I already have a Payoneer card, can I use it on Cams4us too?
A : Yes ofcourse you can use it on Cams4us. However, you will need to link your Payoneer card to your Cams4us account. The easiest way to link your Payoneer card to your Cams4us account is by clicking the link you see in your profile (listed in the payment information section) "Click here if you do not have a Payoneer ID yet" or by using the Payoneer link in your menu. By clicking on the link, you will be taken to the Payoneer landingpage. Here you will need to provide your Payoneer account information to link your card (click thumbnail for a bigger picture).

Who will take care of the approval of the Payoneer Mastercards?
A : Payoneer is in charge of all the mastercard related issues, including the approval of these cards. Any questions regarding the Payoneer Mastercards and Payoneer accounts need to be addressed to Payoneer. (back to top)

Do you offer paypal as a payment option?
A : No we cannot use paypal as a payment option.
Since we have an adult site we are not allowed anymore to use paypal

Q : How can I register my studio?
A : Becoming a cams4us
webcam studio is really easy. First you need to create a free cams4us
studio account. To sign up as a webcam studio go here [ signup ] Once you have registered your studio, you can login
to it and start registering your models into your studio-account.
To register the models in your studio-account you can use the link
"models management" which you will see in your studio

Q : Which documents are needed for the
studio?
A : For the studio we will need to receive a signed, dated and completed copy of the Studio Agreement. Make sure you have attached both pages to your email. (back

Q : What kind of statistics do I have in my account?
A : As a studiomanager you will have access to
the complete studio statistics. You will see an overview of the
complete studio earnings, but you can also see the earning per model.
Earnings per model per period is also one of the statistics you
will have access to as a studiomanager. In short; the studiomanager
is the only one that has access to the full studio statistics. (back

Q : How can I register my models in my
studio-account?
A : If you have registered
your studio-account successfully, you can login to it. In your menu
you will see a link called "models management". When using
this link and pressing the "new" button, you can start
registering your models into your studio-account. (back

Q : Can I be a studio manager and a model in my studio at the same time?
A : Yes you can. However please make sure we have received the Studio Agreement aswel as the Model Agreement and your legal picture ID. Without documents for your modelaccount we will not be able to approve your modelaccount. (back to top)
Q : Which documents do I need to send in
order to approve the modelaccounts?
A : After you have created
your studio-account, you can start registering your models as described
above. There is a contract for the studio and one for the model(s). Per model (per person that will appear on the webcam) you
will need to send us the model contract. The first is a Studio
Agreement and the second is a Model
Agreement. These contracts are for protecting both Mediacast (cams4us
company) and your models for any legal stuff. Second you need to
send us a copy of your models legal picture ID. This can be an identity
card, passport or drivers license. Please make sure that when sending
the legal ID the birthdate and name is readable. The ID card must
also include a picture of your model. When sending the contracts you
will need to send us all pages. In total there should be
4 pages to send. 2 from the Studio
agreement and 2 from the Model
Agreement. You can send us these documents by email (scanned)
to support@cams4us.com or by regular mail. You can find all
the contact details on the contact page from cams4us.com and on the contracts.

Q : How can my models login to
their accounts?
A : We don't have any special page for the models
to login to their own private area. Basicly they can login anywhere
on the site where it says "members, login here" or just "login". When
they login from there the system will detect them as being a webcam
model and take the model to her own administration area. (back

: Which statistics can my models
see in their accounts?
A : When you haven't made any changes into the
accounts, then your models cannot see any earings or amounts. They
can only see the total number of minutes spend in free chat or in
a paid section. Total number of minutes in a paid section means
the time spend either in member chat and/or in private. This does
not indicate that there were paying members with this model for
the time spend in the paid section ! You can also descide to set
a model % in "set model earnings". The model can then
see the amount she has earned. If you set it at 100%, then your
model will see the total amounts she is earning in private chat
or in member chat. (back to top)
Q : How long does it
take to approve a model account?
A : Usually we can approve a model account within
24 hours, if all the documents you send us are correct. You will
receive an email from us when the model account is approved. Once
the account is approved your model can start earning money. If you
have any questions related to any problems after approval, then

Q : Do my models have to follow any website rules?
A : There certainly are rules, which every performer needs to know before going online. You can click on the following link to download them for each of your models: Performer Rules. Make sure your models know what is expected from them before you let them enter their chatroom! (back to top)
Q : To which email address do I need to send the documents?
A : All documents can be send to the support emailaddress: support@cams4us.com
Make sure you attach both the Studio Agreement, the Model Agreement and a legal ID for each performer to the email. (back to top)
Q : Why can't I see my models on the main index page?
A : It is possible your models have blocked the country from which they are broadcasting. If so, then you will not be able to see them on the main index page if you are logged in from that same country. (back to top)

: How much is the price per
minute?
A : The pay per minute charge is default set in
each modelaccount at $2.00. This price can only be adjusted by our
administrator if you request it via email. It can be adjusted into
$2.64, $3.60 or $4.00. Ofcourse you need to keep this price
in perspective! It's better to make lots of private minutes on $2.00
then none for $4.00. This price per minute is only applicable for
members that pay by creditcard. Our pay per phone option makes sure
that also the users without creditcard can enter the private chat.
The price per minute for pay by phone varies between 0.60 and 2.99,
depending on the country they dial in from. Pay by phone pays less,
but therefor the conversions are much higher ! (back

Q : What is a chargeback?
A : A chargeback is a credit card transaction that
was reported by the creditcard owner as fraude. This can happen
when for example someone used stolen creditcards and such. Unfortunately
we have to back charge the model for the 50% that was used on them.
Ofcourse we will always investigate these transactions first. At
the moment we are at 2% chargeback on all transactions so far. Please
note that we are doing everything possible to prevent this kind
of fraud, but we can never get a 100% fraudeless system. (back

Q : What
do I get paid when a member is using the pay by phone option?
A : Depending on the country they dial in from
the price is different. These prices are controled by government.
The payout rates are most of the times lower then the price which
you have set in your account. But there are also some good things
about the pay by phone option. First of all you won't have any chargebacks,
second you are able to earn money on chatters that don't have a creditcard.
Last but not least, the convertion ratio is much higher because
these users don't have to enter any private information from themselves
and they spend more time in private chat then creditcard users. Here
is a list of the payout rates when a user uses this option. These
amounts below are estimates to give you an idea! It changes daily
because of the exchange rates and roundings upto 3 decimals behind
the comma. You cannot claim any legal rights from the amounts listed
below...

We would like to point out to you that
we have this option to give you as many private chatters as possible.
It's better to get a private chat at a low amount then none at all.
These amounts are per user. So if you get more then one user into
your memberchat, for example 5 then don't forget you will also get
5x that money per minute! Above mentioned amounts are also applicable

first and fifth day of every new month. But if you wish to have
